• Serve as a catalyst for enterprise technology transformation by driving alignment across strategic initiatives and operational priorities • Partner with leadership to operationalize, track, and execute technology and organizational strategies • Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives and strategic programs spanning technology and business domains • Coordinate strategic and operational planning processes, including roadmaps and functional strategies • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and scalable operating models • Drive change management and continuous improvement efforts to enhance team effectiveness • Enable data‑driven decision‑making through the development of dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, anticipating challenges and proactively removing barriers to execution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, or program/portfolio management
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs or projects with budgets of $20M+
  • Expert-level ability to work across matrixed, cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Advanced communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Master’s degree, PMP certification, and healthcare technology experience preferred
