IT Assistant, Field Services

Pennant Services

Role Description In this role, you will assist with bridging the gap between technical initiatives and field operations with a focus on Cornerstone operations and assist Pinnacle operations as needed. This position is fully remote with local travel as needed. You will also contribute to and assist in logistics, coordination, and execution of IT projects. Position will report to the Cornerstone Team Lead. - Assist Field Services Manager & Lead in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables - Document project requirements and maintain project task lists inside Monday.com - Compile weekly reports for performance review including metrics and visit counts - Effectively manage ticket queues, and ticket backlog, coordinating with other team members to get updates on ticket statuses - Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation of projects and support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing - Contribute to creating and maintaining knowledge base articles - Other duties as assigned by Field Services Manager and Team Lead Qualifications - A passion for technology - 2+ Years of experience with computer systems - Experience with Microsoft Suite products, including Word & Excel - Excellent problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn new tech and advance your knowledge - Good verbal and written communication skills - A strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering quality service and support Requirements - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs - Ability to stay seated for long periods of time during the workday Benefits - Type: Part Time, Temporary until September - Location: 100% Remote - Travel: Low amount of local travel as needed by Field Services Manager and Team Lead
