Full-Stack Engineer
Xsolla
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack applications that power core products and platforms. • Build responsive, performant user interfaces using React. • Develop and maintain backend services using Go and event-driven architectures. • Work with microservices in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute ideas that improve performance and maintainability. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features end-to-end. • Monitor and debug your code in production, contributing to application reliability and performance improvements. • Write automated tests and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure quality deployments. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams. • Join on-call rotation to support production systems and assist in incident response.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices.
- Backend experience in Go or a similar language.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-based communication patterns.
- Exposure to container orchestration and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Basic understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting production issues and analyzing system behavior.
