Role Description Buscamos uma pessoa desenvolvedora que encare a IA não apenas como um assistente de código, mas como o motor central da engenharia moderna. Você será responsável por construir sistemas web robustos, utilizando metodologias onde a especificação precede a implementação (Spec-Driven Development). Seu papel será fundamental na evolução da cultura de engenharia, disseminando o uso de agentes autônomos e garantindo que a qualidade do software seja garantida por definições técnicas rigorosas antes da primeira linha de código ser gerada. - Desenvolvimento de Ponta: Criar e manter sistemas escaláveis utilizando frameworks modernos, preferencialmente em React e Kotlin, com foco total em arquitetura e lógica de negócio. - Domínio de Ferramentas de IA: Experiência avançada com ferramentas de produtividade e agentes (ex: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Workspace, Windsurf) para acelerar o ciclo de vida do software. - Cultura Spec-Driven Development: Implementar fluxos de trabalho onde o código é derivado de especificações técnicas (como OpenAPI/Swagger ou Markdown Specs), garantindo consistência e documentação viva. - Disseminação de Agentes: Atuar como evangelista interno, mentorando o time na adoção de agentes desenvolvedores e na automação de tarefas repetitivas de codificação. - Ser desenvolvedor de profissão com especialidade em IA: Backend Java/Kotlin - Frontend React. • Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to design, develop and deploy solutions for an array of technologies • Work with a collaborative team leading, mentoring and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality • Lead engagements and exhibit a high degree of commercial awareness along with mature communication skills • Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions with external third-party tools • Work with customer service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups • Participate in customer engagements, demonstrations, and meetings in a professional and courteous manner • Expectation of some travel and after-hours/weekend support in the event of major outages/issues, or when requested by the client
