• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share across Western Canada • Identify and capture new equipment sales opportunities in crushing, screening, and related technologies • Build and maintain strong relationships with mine operators, engineering firms, EPC contractors, and consultants • Own and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on lead generation • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and service teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and uncover emerging opportunities • Represent Sandvik at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites • Support proposals, tenders, and technical presentations aligned with customer needs • Partner with aftermarket and service teams to ensure long-term customer success and lifecycle value
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within mining, aggregates, or heavy industrial sectors
- Solid understanding of comminution processes, crushing & screening equipment, or mineral processing flowsheets
- Demonstrated success building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience in Western Canadian markets and familiarity with regional mining operations is a strong asset
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions
