Senior Technical Recruiter
Trail of Bits
• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that consistently attract top-tier cybersecurity talent. • Build a robust candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing that identifies, qualifies, and engages passive candidates across multiple channels. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that builds goodwill and strengthens the company's market reputation, regardless of hiring outcome. • Establish Trail of Bits as an employer of choice through strategic talent branding initiatives across industry platforms and communities. • Shepherd candidates from initial contact through successful hire, maintaining momentum and engagement throughout the process. • Support critical hiring decisions by evaluating candidates against role and behavioral requirements and identifying the best cultural and skill fits. • Foster seamless collaboration across teams to align on hiring needs, source requirements, negotiation, and successful placement. • Orchestrate an efficient interview and assessment process that respects candidates' time, while providing Trail of Bits with the necessary information to confirm fit and technical breadth.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring cybersecurity engineers, in the areas of Engineering, Cryptography, Blockchain, Security and Application Security required.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity consulting is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of technology (including AI/Claude Code), technical roles, and technical skills.
- Experience independently leading a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Social media, ATS experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.

Read our full list of benefits Job Description About the role Our Technical Consultant will work as part of a team assisting customers in making best use of the Atlassian product suite such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other related productivity technologies, such as Slack, in order to deliver value to their business or organisation.
