• Set strategy across the three corporate finance pillars; own the annual plan and quarterly re-forecasts. • Lead capital allocation decisions: which projects clear the WACC hurdle, which get funded, and at what size. • Partner with Treasury to manage liquidity, banking relationships, FX exposure, and short-term funding backups. • Own monthly close, financial statements, board reporting, variance commentary, and taxation workflows. • Recommend dividend, buyback, and other shareholder-return decisions to the CFO and board. • Lead and mentor a small team (3–5); set hiring bar, run reviews, and partner across the company.

• Monitor and analyze evolving cyber threats as they intersect with AI systems and training pipelines • Track attacker TTPs, threat-group behavior, and AI-targeting trends across a 6–24 month horizon • Conduct adversarial analysis and scenario planning to stay ahead of emerging risks • Probe AI models for security boundaries through structured prompt testing and red-teaming exercises • Run independent security audits and penetration tests across systems and infrastructure • Identify, document, and prioritize vulnerabilities with clear remediation recommendations • Produce executive-ready risk assessments and intelligence reports that drive decision-making

• Research, develop, and validate systematic trading strategies — including statistical arbitrage, momentum, mean reversion, and factor models • Write clean Python code to implement backtesting frameworks, signal generation pipelines, and execution logic with proper out-of-sample validation and transaction cost modelling • Develop quantitative trading tasks grounded in market microstructure and financial theory (e.g. alpha decay analysis, regime detection, portfolio construction under realistic constraints) • Work directly with trading infrastructure, execution systems, and risk tooling to debug and validate strategy behaviour at the portfolio level in a simulated context • Perform risk analysis including factor exposure decomposition, drawdown analysis, and stress testing across market regimes • Document research methodology, model assumptions, and backtest results to rigorous engineering and research standards

• Own meaningful technical work end-to-end — from design through deployment • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines • Collaborate with researchers and ML engineers to ship high-impact features • Contribute to architectural decisions, not just implement them • Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code • Debug and resolve issues across complex distributed systems • Participate in code reviews and help raise the technical bar

• Own cloud infrastructure on AWS — EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM • Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration end-to-end • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar • Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog) • Improve reliability, performance, and security of production systems • Automate infrastructure with Terraform or similar IaC tools • Debug and resolve issues across complex, distributed systems • Participate in design reviews and help raise the infrastructure bar
