• Ownership of the Billing Ecosystem: Take full responsibility for the products under your leadership, ensuring every decision aligns with long-term objectives and delivers real value to the customer. • Roadmap and Strategy Management: Lead the creation and evolution of the Payments squad roadmap, prioritizing features based on solid data, customer needs, and company strategy. • Discovery Leadership (Payment Link and POS): Conduct discovery and review of Payment Link integrations (ensuring reconciliation aligned with financial management) and lead the integration of physical payment solutions (POS/card terminals) into Bling’s user journeys. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use complex quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic choices, perform continuous market analysis, and uncover new monetization opportunities in the payments sector. • Alignment and Influence: Serve as the main connection point among multiple stakeholders (including teams at Vindi, other companies in the LWSA group, and external vendors), facilitating a unified understanding of priorities and ensuring cohesion in product vision. • Customer Experience Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for the customer experience, driving innovations so that merchants have a smooth checkout (online and in-person) and frictionless financial reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of consolidated experience working directly as a Product Manager on digital products.
- Payments Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem (acquiring, gateways, POS/card terminals, Payment Link, Pix and financial reconciliation).
- Strategic and Analytical Ability: Proven ability to make fast, assertive strategic decisions, considering the direct impact on customers and the business.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strategic, clear, concise, and assertive communication, able to articulate the product vision to engage both technical teams and senior leaders/executives.
- Prior experience with B2B products, ERPs, or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with complex financial API integrations and embedded finance processes.

The Product Manager will drive the development and execution of QCSS Health's product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Developing go-to-market strategies. - Crafting compelling messaging. - Owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle through configuration, launch, and post-implementation optimization.
