Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager.
- Ability to plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing projects across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Working knowledge of project management approaches (Predictive/Waterfall, and Hybrid).
- Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Ability to run Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Experience facilitating workshops like user story mapping.
- Proven ability to identify risks and remove blockers that impact team progress.
- Clear and effective communication and coordination skills.
