Growth Engineer (E-commerce, Shopify)

Role Description We’re seeking a Shopify Developer with front-end development skills, A/B testing experience, and the ability to build high-converting pre-landing experiences that drive qualified traffic into the core store. - Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Optimize site performance, page speed, and mobile responsiveness - Implement new features and UX improvements aligned with CRO best practices - Manage integrations with third-party apps, APIs, and analytics tools - Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows - Work with tools such as Intelligems or similar experimentation platforms - Test variables including pricing, offers, bundles, messaging, layouts, and user flows - Use data to drive iterative improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per visitor - Build and deploy advertorials, listicles, and quiz funnels on external domains - Ensure seamless integration between pre-landing pages and the Shopify store - Optimize funnel performance (load speed, UX, messaging, tracking) - Collaborate with marketing/media buying teams to align funnel strategy with campaigns - Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance Shopify implementations - Collaborate with designers to ensure feasibility and optimal UX execution - Implement and maintain tracking for funnels and on-site behavior (events, conversions, attribution) - Ensure data integrity across testing tools, analytics platforms, and ad channels Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify development - Strong proficiency in Liquid (Shopify templating language) - JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS preferred) - Proven experience running A/B tests (with Intelligems or similar tools) - Proficient experience building advertorials, listicles, and/or quiz funnels outside Shopify - Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles - Experience working with Figma and converting designs into live environments - Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools (e.g., upsell tools, analytics, CRMs) - Strong understanding of responsive design and performance optimization Benefits - Remote Working for US Company - Competitive Salary
