Sales Support, Estimator Coordinator – LATAM

• Own speed-to-lead and outbound follow-up for every inbound lead and estimate request • Build estimate support packets, proposals, job notes, and pipeline updates for the sales/estimating team • Lock in appointments, site visits, estimate reminders, and proposal send-outs • Wake up dormant leads, chase unsigned proposals, and keep the pipeline clean • Keep CRM/job-management systems tight so no damn revenue opportunity slips through
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, service coordination, dispatch, estimating support, or contractor office support
- Proven ability to handle 50+ lead follow-ups per week or 20+ proposals/quotes per month
- 2+ years of experience with platforms such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Buildertrend, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience supporting $100k+ per month in pipeline activity related to quoting or bidding
- Ability to pass a live call simulation and written accuracy exercise at 85%+
