FP&A Manager

• Support the monthly forecast process deliverables and reviews at the PF&M level • Support the development of our AOP and LRP through collaborating across the Javelin & JV team to align financial targets with strategic initiatives • Maintain RPlan data (including records, key metrics, and elements of costs) during monthly forecast and AOP / LRP updates • Coordinate & communicate with SSBU and Program teams to set expectations for Forecast updates, including schedule & key assumptions • Manage weekly Javelin & JJV FP&A reporting and R&O analysis / consolidation • Support the development of executive level presentations going to PF&M, LADS, and JJV leadership • Oversee New Business Initiatives spending and coordinate with program team to track performance • Support JJV quarterly cost reviews and bi-annual board of director reviews • Coordinate with internal and JJV partners to track invoices and receipts • Manage and lead two direct reports
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a similar field & minimum of 8 years relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Experience managing or leading teams
- Experience with Rplan or a similar financial forecasting tool
- Experience in Financial analysis
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

About This Role Faire is looking for a Senior Associate to serve as the strategic finance partner to Faire's Corporate functions. This role will partner closely with the CFO and other senior Corporate leaders to raise the bar on financial planning and forecasting. This role sits within the Enterprise Finance and Strategy team at Faire. What You’ll Do - Be the trusted finance business partner to Corporate functions, owning financial planning & analysis and supporting corporate objectives and strategic initiatives - Serve as the process leader across all finance business partners — developing best practices for expense tracking, budgeting, and forecasting, and owning the shared rituals and templates that keep the team aligned and operating at a high standard - Own opex consolidation and reporting across the company, serving as the primary Finance partner to Accounting through the pre-close process — driving accruals accuracy across the business and building the rigor that makes close cycles faster and more reliable. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including the leadership team, board of directors, investors, - Partner with our Systems lead to evolve our planning infrastructure — including leveraging AI and improving our Pigment environment — to make budgeting and forecasting faster, more accurate, and more actionable. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or similar position with emphasis on financial analysis, financial modeling and forecasting. - Financial modeling expertise with experience building and maintaining consolidated financial statements. - Equity modeling experience with familiarity with cap table management, dilution analysis, and stock-based compensation modeling is a strong plus. - Experience with financial planning tools (Pigment or Netsuite proficiency a plus). - Highly analytical and data-driven with a strong ability to scope define KPIs and measure performance. - Proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders, influencing without direct authority. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills that can distill complex financial concepts into simple, actionable recommendations. - Self-starter with a growth mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Salary Range New York: the pay range for this role is $133,500 to $183,500 per year. This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
