• Deliver applied, studio-based learning through Interior Design courses • Facilitate synchronous, interactive learning environments with live sessions • Assess student work via project-based assessments and maintain communication through weekly office hours • Collaborate with program leadership to ensure a high-quality student experience

• Assist on implementing Designer and Project Manager designs in Revit format • Successful delivery of assigned Telecom projects (as needed) • Work with live and local Revit models and assist on creating families • Attending project meetings with the team to review progress and deadlines • BIM Coordination with MEP trades and our models • Be able to use Bluebeam to do markups and gather markup information from team members • Attend project meetings with design team members • Quality Control for the output of design document(s) prior to sending out projects to Project Managers • Assist other team members when needed to complete projects & have productive communication with all team members

• Own the design phase of every active ThermalWorks project from pre-contract award through issued-for-construction release, including milestone management, scope control, and change tracking, and finally through L5 commissioning. • Establish and enforce design phase gates, deliverables, and review checkpoints; ensure every package meets ThermalWorks technical standards and customer requirements before release. • Serve as the escalation point for design issues raised by Project Managers, Commissioning, field teams, and customers; drive design and construction coordination issues to closure. • Partner with the Director of Project Management to integrate design status into the live Deployment Dashboard, providing accurate, current visibility into every project's design progress. • Manage relationships with ThermalWorks’ external design consultant partners and construction teams, facilitating the effective, accurate, and complete resolution of all design issues. • Own the submittal process, ensuring timely submission of all technical deliverables. • Leverage AI to build technical tools and systems to streamline all design workflows. • Drive down rework, changes, design questions and construction coordination volume through root-cause analysis and targeted process changes. • Coordinate with the Quality Team, leveraging the Quality Management System (QMS) to build the feedback loop from field execution, commissioning, Service and operations back into design. • Partner closely with Commissioning/Startup and Quality within the Delivery function to ensure design packages set up downstream phases for success. • Coordinate with Estimating on design assumptions embedded in proposals; flag deviations early. • Represent ThermalWorks design in customer-facing technical discussions, including design reviews, submittal negotiations, and issue resolution.

• Design multi-layer PCBs for complex digital, mixed-signal and high power systems including FPGAs, Microcontrollers • Develop PCB layouts for Digital/Analog/RF circuits with careful attention to impedance control, loss tangent, and electromagnetic compatibility • Perform signal integrity analysis for high-speed digital interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet) • Conduct power integrity analysis and design power distribution networks (PDN) for low-noise, high-current applications • Create component libraries, design rule checks (DRCs), and maintain design standards • Collaborate with electrical engineers on component selection, schematic review, and design optimization • Generate fabrication and assembly documentation including Gerber files, drill files, and assembly drawings • Work with PCB fabricators and CM vendors to ensure manufacturability and resolve fabrication issues • Support board bring-up activities, debugging hardware issues related to PCB design • Design for space environment considerations including thermal management, radiation tolerance, and mechanical stress
