Partnership Manager
Marie Curie UK
• Proactively identifying, developing and securing high‑value corporate partnership opportunities, building a strong and sustainable new business pipeline across priority sectors • Leading on early conversations with prospective partners, shaping opportunities and moving them confidently through the pipeline to close • Creating compelling, tailored proposals, pitches and partnership models that align commercial objectives with Marie Curie’s mission • Working closely with internal teams across fundraising, communications and caring services to bring partnership ideas to life • Leveraging trustee, senior volunteer and stakeholder networks to unlock new relationships and opportunities • Managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet and exceed income targets • Representing Marie Curie externally, building trusted relationships and raising awareness of our work and impact
Job Requirements
- Proven success in new business, sales, commercial partnerships or corporate fundraising
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior decision‑makers
- Strategic, commercially‑minded thinking with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposal and pitch delivery
- Resilience, drive and the ability to manage competing priorities
