• Drive Revenue & Pipeline Growth • Own GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced revenue across the Americas • Build and execute joint business plans to drive pipeline, deal velocity, and win rates • Lead structured sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions with GSIs • Identify and scale opportunities aligned to data resilience, cyber recovery, and Data + AI Trust initiatives • Build Executive-Level Partnerships • Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders across GSI sales, alliances, data, and AI practices • Position Veeam as a strategic platform for trusted data and AI-ready infrastructure • Lead executive engagements, QBRs, and long-term strategic planning • Lead Go-to-Market Execution • Align GSI activity with Veeam’s regional and global priorities around data, cloud, and AI • Drive joint campaigns, customer workshops, and industry-led solution plays • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to deliver value-based, outcome-driven messaging • Deliver Operational Excellence • Build a strong, predictable pipeline through joint account planning and partner collaboration • Own forecasting with accuracy and accountability • Track performance across key metrics: pipeline, revenue influence, and partner-driven outcomes • Enable and Scale the Ecosystem • Enable GSIs on Veeam’s Data Resilience platform, cyber recovery capabilities, and Data + AI Trust vision • Support development of joint solutions and services that integrate Veeam into data and AI architecture • Act as the voice of the partner, influencing Veeam’s GTM, product alignment, and ecosystem strategy

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, partner sales, or alliances
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Proven success driving revenue through GSI or ecosystem-led sales models
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of data platforms, cloud ecosystems, cybersecurity, and AI-driven architecture
  • Experience working with large, complex global partners
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
