Role Description The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) will report to the Associate Director of Stars within the Optum Enterprise Care Services department. The CTM directly supervises a team of 10-20 clinical pharmacists as they perform clinical consults with members of the UAH program. Additionally, the CTM will be an integral part of our UAH team and work with varying disciplines in innovating new programs and initiatives to continue towards plan excellence. They will stay engaged throughout the process, helping the department reach the yearly goals together as a team. Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm local time.
