• Join a team of compliance professionals with AR Firm Principals • Work with AR Firms to coach and support them • Develop unique action plans for individual firms • Deliver regulatory oversight to appointed representative firms • Ensure Treating Customers Fairly principles are embedded • Identify and resolve customer, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks • Conduct inspection visits, provide feedback, and manage identified issues to conclusion • Schedule and plan own firm visits as necessary

Job Requirements

  • High-level of experience within field supervision or compliance monitoring
  • Strong relationship builder and confident communicator
  • Skill in questioning and displaying sound judgment
  • Strong analytical approach and inquisitive nature
  • Experience of Network/National and IFA/restricted advice models
  • QCF Level 4 or equivalent
  • Compliance & Risk qualification is essential

Role Description This position is one of several Housing Compliance Officers that monitor state and federally assisted rental properties for compliance with various federal and state laws and guidelines. This position consists of significant travel in Arizona. Other duties as assigned. - Monitor state and federally assisted rental properties for compliance. - Conduct visits to emergency shelters and transitional housing for homeless populations. - Inspect properties financed through Federal or State Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), private activity bonds, the HOME Program, and other financing sources. - Perform comprehensive physical inspections of residential units to ensure compliance with the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) guidelines. - Conduct detailed administrative reviews/audits in accordance with the HOTMA final rule. - Verify property adherence to updated HUD regulations concerning income calculations, asset limits, and verification procedures. - Follow up all monitoring visits with written reports. - Participate in training opportunities and assist in the update of compliance materials. - Review annual reports and maintain organized, complete, and accurate monitoring files and database maintenance. Qualifications - Education or job-related experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties of the position. - Experience in or knowledge of requirements of rental housing financed through the LIHTC Program, HOME, State/National Housing Trust Fund, and other public subsidies. - Prior property management or monitoring experience. - Preferred: Certificate of training in UPCS, NSPIRE, or Housing Quality Standards (HQS). - Detail-oriented and organized. - Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. - Ability to interpret and explain State and Federal regulations including the HOTMA final rule. - Ability to work amicably with other professionals. - Valid Arizona Driver License and acceptable driving record required. This role ensures consistent, secure, and compliant medical record management, supports policy implementation, monitors adherence to league standards, and partners with team medical staff to maintain operational excellence. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Systems & Compliance Manager ensures the League’s medical infrastructure remains scalable, compliant, and aligned with best practices in professional sport. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Serve as League Administrator for Teamworks AMS medical module, managing user permissions, access controls, role assignments, and trade-related medical record transitions • Develop and maintain league-wide medical documentation templates, standards, and onboarding training for team medical staff • Conduct periodic audits of team documentation for compliance and quality; monitor timeliness, completeness, and protocol adherence; recommend corrective action plans • Support implementation of the League Medical Handbook including concussion protocols, drug testing, medical clearances, workers’ compensation documentation, and league-operated event compliance • Develop compliance dashboards and reporting metrics; deliver regular reports to the Chief Medical Officer; identify systemic risks and support league responses to audits or legal inquiries • Track league-supported research initiatives, consent documentation, and compliance monitoring for pilot programs such as concussion spotters • Recommend system enhancements, support onboarding manuals for expansion teams, and integrate new markets into league medical systems Required Qualifications • 5+ years in sports medicine administration, healthcare compliance, or health systems management • Experience with athlete management systems • Strong understanding of medical documentation standards in elite sport • Knowledge of privacy regulations (HIPAA, PIPEDA, or equivalent) • Systems administration experience • Audit and compliance experience • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required Preferred Qualifications • Background in sport medicine, athletic therapy, healthcare administration, or compliance • Direct administrator experience with Teamworks AMS • Experience supporting research initiatives or clinical pilot programs • Experience with audits, legal inquiries, or workers’ compensation documentation processes Flexibility & Travel Candidate must be able to work remotely.
