AI Solutions Manager
Arize AI
• Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to foster adoption, uncover new use cases, and drive expanded usage across customer accounts. This includes regular touchpoints like weekly/bi-weekly calls and ongoing account management. • Conduct discovery with customers to understand their goals, share the Arize vision, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to address complex customer needs, ensure smooth implementation, and advise on technical best practices. • Run workshops and training sessions with customers during onboarding and new functionality • Run QBRs to demonstrate account value, identify areas of opportunity, and strengthen customer partnerships. • Proactively monitor product usage across your accounts to further gauge account health • Work closely with Account Management and Executive teams to identify upsell opportunities and align on customer health strategies. • Effectively relay customer feature requests to internal teams and advocate for customer needs. • Ensure support teams are aligned with customer requests and priorities.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in limited process environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer relationships effectively.
- Strong communication skills for articulating observations and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Proven ability to demo technical products and translate their value into tailored customer solutions.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset and a focus on delivering measurable results.
- A strong team player who values collaboration and collective success.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies.

• Estimates scope of work for solutions from requirements. • Develops solutions (both internal and external to Epicor ERP). • Investigates and resolves reported issues. • Designs solutions. • Upgrades releases periodically. • Builds trusted relationships with our customers to have a deep understanding of the customers’ needs. • Deploys solutions to customer sites.
• Oversee the creation and validation of electrical models and wind farm simulations using tools like PSCAD, PowerFactory, MATLAB, and PSSE. • Ensure the quality and accuracy of grid models by leveraging technical expertise in wind power systems and simulation tools. • Work closely with GE engineering, customer contractors, and third parties to integrate regional requirements into grid modeling. • Represent GE in industry forums and working groups to promote best practices and standards for grid integration. • Collaborate with grid operators and industry stakeholders to stay aligned with evolving grid codes and regulations. • Set and maintain benchmarks for model quality and performance. • Conduct thorough reviews and validations of simulation models to ensure they meet industry standards and contract obligations. • Ensure compliance with contract and applicable grid codes for GE wind turbines and Wind Park Controller system (WindCONTROL). • Define and implement strategies for grid code compliance testing, leading internal testing activities and supporting customers during Grid Code Compliance tests. • Mentor junior engineers and share valuable feedback with commissioning and service teams to improve engineering processes. • Optimize turbine operation under various conditions including normal and contingency situations. • Identify and evaluate additional scope arising from customer communication and project management, ensuring any proposed changes are commercially beneficial for GE.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers during the pre‑sales cycle. • Partner closely with Sales to support discovery calls, solution positioning, and deal strategy. • Design and demonstrate solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Power Platform services. • Create and deliver live product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical walkthroughs tailored to customer use cases. • Gather and translate customer requirements into solution architectures and automation workflows. • Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation required for sales opportunities. • Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Provide feedback from pre‑sales engagements to Product and Customer Success teams to support continuous improvement. • Maintain awareness of Microsoft ecosystem updates and evolving automation best practices.
