Job Description

Director of Sales

OrganOx

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region in alignment with the broader company objectives. • Collaborate with the President, North America to develop and execute sales strategy and sales plan. • Work with the Director of Clinical Support to meet customer needs. • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring our product meets them. • Identify potential new customers and sales opportunities. • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and its products. • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the VP Commercial and Global CCO and President, North America. • Adhere to the letter and spirit of OrganOx’s Code of Conduct and all other company policies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of current/recent sales experience in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director, Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise new business development team. This leader will oversee a team of 5–7 enterprise account executives responsible for driving $8–10M in ARR, with a mandate to win new logos and build trusted C-level relationships.
