Role Description In this position, you will be responsible for the execution of the Injection molds, Automation and Assembly Tooling procurement process including: - Capable tool shop identification to ensure competitive bidding - Effective Sourcing Approach ensured by validating tool shop capability - Transparency ensured by use of Ford’s Tool Break Down Sheets - Finalizing timely negotiations in support of Program Finance Freeze What you'll do... - Monitor technical depth and quality of supply base including follow-up on further development and establishment of back-up plan in case of risk - Develop a world-class supply base for commodities assigned that is capable of delivering the quality, cost and timing objectives of Vehicle Operations and Manufacturing Operations product programs. - Identify and develop tool supply base for any emerging technologies working together with PD - Ensure long-term partner suppliers are capable of meeting quality, cost, timing and technology expectations. - Interfaces with Global Vendor Tooling teams in North America, South America and International Markets Group to deliver Global and Regional programs, to exchange best practices, external part benchmarking and tool supplier information and tooling market conditions. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value. Role Description In this position, you will be responsible for the execution of the Injection molds, Automation and Assembly Tooling procurement process including: - Capable tool shop identification to ensure competitive bidding - Effective Sourcing Approach ensured by validating tool shop capability - Transparency ensured by use of Ford’s Tool Break Down Sheets - Finalizing timely negotiations in support of Program Finance Freeze - Develop Automation and Assembly Tooling sourcing strategies in conjunction with the Purchasing matched pair and ensure that those strategies are implemented successfully - Coordinate GPDS (Global Product Development System) Part Pedigree Deliverables for all build events - Ensure production tool timing and plans meet home line delivery of tooling for TT requirement - Develop analytical tools and strategies to deliver BIC (Best in Class) tool performance and timing (Shop Performance Analytics, Benchmarking, shop development plans, Market Intelligence, targets, competitive bids, Low-Cost Country sourcing, etc.) - Responsible for cost status and target in cooperation with GVT buyers, program, engineering, cost estimating and purchasing. - Identifies key opportunities to deliver efficiencies in vendor tooling. - Work closely with Vendor Tooling Purchasing Buyer to deliver efficient tooling - Single point of contact and coordination regarding Technical issues for suppliers and engineering on global vehicle programs for commodities assigned - Resolves emerging issues by engaging Engineering, Program, STA, Purchasing, CE, part Suppliers, and Tool shops to drive GPDS timing deliverables with required pedigree parts. - Manage positive relationships with the supply base and/or plant personnel by: - Acting like a partner, being accountable, trusting and being trustworthy, communicating with consistency, being fact-based while driving for results - Thinking value not just price - Establishing tone of ethical business operations to avoid any fraud, bribery or corruption in order to maximize the relationship value Company Description

• Provide advanced technical support within the desired SLA while ensuring that customer satisfaction goals are achieved • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution • Manage escalations • Evaluate root cause analysis to eliminate recurring customer issues • Handle complex customer issues through the Support portal independently and in a professional way • Troubleshoot Transmit Security Platform issues reported by Transmit Customers, including Functionality and usability related complex issues • Interact effectively with a wide variety of customers with different requirements and backgrounds, including the Customer’s development teams to understand the nature of the issue, communicate steps to resolve, and provide consultation on best practices • Replicate customer issues in the support test environment • Collaborate with several internal teams

• Conduct technical analysis of customer-reported issues to identify root causes, system behavior patterns, and potential product defects • Handle customer inquiries via ticketing systems in a structured, reliable, and timely manner • Support users in understanding and effectively using our software in their daily workflows • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in German, ensuring a high-quality support experience • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of help center articles, guides, and support materials • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to report bugs and share customer feedback • Continuously identify recurring issues and contribute to improving support processes and product usability
