• Lead and facilitate structured Workday testing efforts, including unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Provide real-time guidance and coaching to testers to ensure accurate and thorough execution of test scenarios • Document, track, and manage defects and enhancement requests in Jira (or similar tools), including assignment, prioritization, and resolution tracking • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and issues, and drive timely resolution across stakeholders • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across Workday modules, including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning • Support the Advanced Compensation build, including configuration review, plan design validation, and testing execution • Provide recommendations on Workday best practices and ensure alignment with business requirements • Identify and escalate configuration gaps, system limitations, or process inefficiencies • Review and validate training materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, and recorded demos for accuracy and usability • Provide actionable feedback to ensure materials are aligned with final system configuration and end-user needs • Support change readiness efforts by helping ensure a smooth transition for end users.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with expertise across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning
  • Proven experience leading or supporting Workday testing efforts (UAT, integration testing) in implementation or post-production environments
  • Strong experience with Jira or similar issue/defect tracking tools
  • Understanding of Workday integrations, including data flow, architecture, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide non-technical users effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams independently.
