Job Requirements
- You hold a university degree, with at least 5 years of experience in Account Management, ideally with marketplace businesses
- You command German and English at professional level and can negotiate in both languages at c-level
- Proven experience in managing and growing accounts, driving performance improvements, and coordinating operational projects with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- You are passionate about working with people and can effectively communicate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at different levels
- You bring a tech and AI-first mindset to your approach, coupled with strong critical thinking skills
- You are resilient, learning from setbacks without losing momentum, and bring a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
