Role Description The Data Engineer will play a pivotal role in creating an environment where our staff and volunteers feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver lasting change. Our charity is committed to creating meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Within Corporate Services, the Performance and Data department are responsible for supporting operational delivery through optimisation of the data life cycle. The team drives performance by providing insights on key metrics and builds and maintains systems for data collection, supporting business decision making through analysis and advanced report creation. Qualifications - Experience in data engineering or related field. - Proficiency in data management and analysis tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Requirements - Ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Excellent communication skills. - Commitment to the values and mission of Waythrough.
