Role Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented Referral Care Coordinator to support injured workers by coordinating specialty network referrals and serving as a key liaison between injured workers, clients, and providers. This is a fully remote position scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Referral Care Coordinator facilitates timely, high-quality care for injured workers by coordinating Paradigm Specialty Network referrals. This role serves as a key liaison between injured workers, clients, and providers—managing appointment follow-up, obtaining medical documentation, and providing clear status updates to support service level expectations. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, communicates confidently by phone and email, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and follow-through. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service communicating via phone and email communications with clients, providers, and injured workers. - Act as a liaison between our clients, providers, and injured workers. - Follow a consistent process for the coordination of care ensuring client service level agreements are met. - Work closely with the providers to obtain information related to the injured workers care, i.e., attendance, future appointments, medical notes from visits or operative report from surgery. - Reschedule missed appointments. - Provide client with timely information, reporting, and status updates. - Work closely with interdepartmental operations staff to effectively manage referrals i.e., escalate delays in care or timely medical reporting. Qualifications - Excellent customer service skills. - Experience working in a Medical Office setting a plus. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and phone presence. - Ability to work independently. - Acute attention to detail. - Proficient in all Microsoft Office and computer application systems. Role Description The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a member of a field-based team of scientists who function as an extension of the US Medical Affairs organization.
