Sales Coordinator

• Support our growing corporate client base and smart vending business. • Be the key link between our clients, sales team, and operations. • Manage existing B2B corporate and vending accounts, providing responsive after‑sales support via email. • Draft and manage Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, contracts and invoices. • Process invoices and POs promptly to support smooth billing, reconciliation and cashflow. • Plan and create monthly snack schedules for clients. • Prepare and update weekly and monthly B2B and vending sales reports for the sales team and supervisor. • Maintain strong working relationships with B2B and vending clients.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B Sales Coordinator or Sales administrator.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Based near Manila or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the Manila area if required.
