• Own and manage the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to contract execution • Proactively generate pipeline through phone, email, and social selling strategies • Lead discovery conversations to understand institutional needs and challenges • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations with authenticity and confidence • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using HubSpot • Represent BetterMynd with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose

• Onboard new campus partners with fast time-to-value goals to ensure successful implementation and utilization of BetterMynd services. • Track utilization of teletherapy sessions, identify trouble spots, and initiate solutions in an urgent, yet compassionate and professional manner. • Serve as a bridge between partner campuses and BetterMynd units including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Operations. • Demonstrate BetterMynd products and services to new contacts at current accounts via phone, web, and in-person with authenticity and enthusiasm. • Be the primary relationship builder with the campus, leading to on-time renewal and expansion into new product lines. • Embrace a dynamic, changing, growth environment, evolving Campus Success strategies in collaboration with CS peers and company leaders. • Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to manage communication and many aspects of the client lifecycle.
