• You coordinate Performance and Social-first campaigns and initiatives for our client dm‑drogerie markt from campaign conception, through production, to implementation and delivery • As the primary point of contact, you dive deep into projects, possess a strong sense for social media and expertise in performance, and provide competent advice to our client • You are responsible for operational project management and independently prepare rebriefs, project plans, timelines, cost estimates and proposals • Confidently preparing and leading status, kick-off and review meetings — both internally and externally — is part of your daily routine • You deliver regular client presentations and workshops, contributing actively and with added value • You independently plan and manage resources and budgets and execute projects reliably, ensuring quality and timelines • You are part of an interdisciplinary project team (Design, Creative Concept, Content Creator, Client) — your shared mission is to bring projects successfully across the finish line • You act as the interface to external stakeholders (partner agencies, etc.) and collaborate closely with them

Job Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional training
  • At least 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in an agency environment or in a comparable role
  • You bring market, client and brand understanding and have experience leading Performance and Social-first projects and campaigns
  • Experience organizing smart and efficient Performance and Social productions/shoots
  • Business acumen, initiative and a solution-oriented approach to thinking and acting
  • A highly structured and self-reliant working style
  • You maintain oversight and confidently manage a high number of concurrent projects
  • Openness to new technologies and AI — you use tools not as a gimmick but as smart support for your daily tasks
  • A team player with strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues and clients
  • Fluent German is required; good English skills are an advantage
