• Lead the end-to-end program management for Engineering Excellence / AI readiness / AI DLC rollout projects. • Integrate Claude Code and other AI-native development tools into existing engineering workflows. • Support Engineering Platform teams in modernizing CI/CD pipelines. • Drive technical strategy and alignment across Engineering, Security, and Product leadership. • Align roadmaps across multiple teams and domains for AI advances. • Mentor other TPMs and engineers, raising the collective technical bar for AI-integrated program management. • Solve problems, improve processes, and share updates using AI-assisted methods.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leadership.
  • Software development background with programming language proficiency.
  • Extensive experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
  • Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development environments.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical rollouts across multiple business units.

Role The ideal candidate will act in the capacity of a Program Manager with responsibilities of managing workstreams from end-to-end, to successfully deliver objectives for our customers and business partners. In this client-facing position, you will: • Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion related to a known technology, product, or program. Describes and maintains the integrated plan that accounts for internal/external dependencies, differing delivery approaches, numerous constraints, and contingency for unplanned delays• Secure resources, scopes efforts, outlines priorities and establishes delivery milestones• Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery.
