• Coordinate program operations across the full NET+ service lifecycle • Serve as the operational backbone for NET+’s subscriber-facing programs and technical engagements • Lead program-focused logistics activities for 20+ quarterly subscriber-only briefings • Analyze engagement and participation data across programs and platforms • Develop and maintain program calendars, run-of-show documentation, and operational playbooks • Manage and continuously improve the NET+ web presence • Owner of the preservation and quality of the NET+ presentation library • Collaborate with internal teams for web analytics monitoring and digital experience optimization • Ensure that divisional activities are well-aligned with organization-wide communications, digital, and event strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program operations, community engagement, or a related role
  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating content (utilizing Google Workspace tools) for different audiences
  • Experience managing web content, wikis, or knowledge libraries/databases
  • Experience working with data – participation/engagement metrics, pattern recognition, and actionable insights for decision-makers
  • Experience with AI tools to improve content quality and operational efficiency
  • Comfortable in a remote-first, meeting-intensive environment where staying organized and responsive is part of the job.
