Deine Aufgaben - Kanalspezifische Strategieentwicklung: - Entwicklung und Verantwortung der übergreifenden Strategie für Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) und Display Advertising (Programmatic, GDN, Criteo), um qualifizierten Traffic für unsere Jobportale zu generieren. - Audience Targeting: - Definition komplexer Zielgruppen-Segmente (z. B. Latent Jobsuchende, spezifische Berufsgruppen) und Nutzung interner Daten (Big Data) zur Erstellung von Lookalike-Audiences und Retargeting-Clustern. - A/B-Testing & Experimente: - Systematisches Testen von Creatives (Bild/Video), Ad-Copies, Targetings & Kampagnentypen zur Steigerung der Conversion Rate von „Besucher“ zu „Bewerber“. - Daten & Tracking: - Sicherstellung eines sauberen Trackings (Pixel, CAPI) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data-Team und Nutzung unserer KI-Tools zur Vorhersage von Traffic-Trends und Klickpreisen. - KPI-Monitoring: - Überwachung der Performance-KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA) und Erstellung automatisierter Reports für Stakeholder. - Marktbeobachtung: - Proaktive Identifizierung neuer Ad-Tech-Trends, Plattformen (z. B. neue Social Apps) und Formate im Recruiting-Umfeld sowie Pilotierung dieser. Qualifications - Fundierter Hintergrund: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Marketing, Medienwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufspraxis. - Track Record: Mindestens 4–5 Jahre operative Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit Fokus auf Display und/oder Paid Social. - Ad Professionnel: Fundierte Erfahrung mit den Kernkomponenten diverser Ad-Manager (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.). - Analytics & Tracking: Sicher im Umgang mit Web-Analyse-Tools (insb. Google Analytics 4) und technisches Grundverständnis für Tracking-Setups (Google Tag Manager, Pixel-Integration, Server-Side Tracking). - Data Affinity: Liebe zu Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, SVERWEIS sind Standard) und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datenvisualisierung (z.B. Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Account Based Marketing Manager to work cross-functionally to align with sales and technical teams to design and execute highly targeted, strategic marketing programs for CDW's largest and most complex enterprise accounts. This highly collaborative role is responsible for driving measurable results through deep expertise in account strategy and the ability to design and formalize marketing programs that directly support account growth objectives. This role requires strong strategic thinking and deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks, leveraging data-driven insights and personalized engagement tactics to drive targeted outcomes. * What you'll do * Design and execute ABM strategies aligned to CDW's enterprise and mid-market sales motions * Define account segmentation, targeting frameworks, and engagement models (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) * Translate business priorities into account-specific marketing plans that support pipeline creation and expansion * Partner closely with Sales leadership, account teams, and overlays to align on target accounts, priorities, and success metrics * Support account planning by identifying key buying groups, personas, and whitespace opportunities * Enable Sales with account insights, engagement signals, and campaign coordination * Collaborate with Content, Brand, Events, Partner Marketing, and Digital teams to deliver personalized experiences * Activate partner co-marketing programs aligned to shared target accounts and solutions * Leverage marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, intent data, ABM platforms) to operationalize ABM programs * Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure clean account data, attribution, and reporting * Use intent, engagement, and behavioral signals to prioritize accounts and adjust strategies in real time * Define and track ABM success metrics including account engagement, pipeline creation, deal velocity, and revenue influence * Build dashboards and reporting to demonstrate program impact to marketing and sales leadership * Continuously test, optimize, and scale ABM plays based on performance insights * Build and maintain a scalable ABM playbook to share best practices across regions.
