Role Description We are on the lookout for an IT Project Manager to join our PMO Department. - Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure. - Requirements management: elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Align project goals with business and tech teams, and make sure everyone’s on the same page. - Organize day-to-day work in the team: task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups. - Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc. - Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders. - Track progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed. - Communicate clearly with all sides — keeping stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and changes. - Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects. - Comfortable juggling several projects and working with distributed teams. - Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban). - Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. - Strong communication skills, able to explain technical things in plain language. - Fluent in English and Russian — both written and spoken (B2+ or higher). - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things on track. - Able to handle deadlines, resolve conflicts, and keep the team aligned.
