• Manage the end-to-end delivery of HRIS projects, including application implementations, infrastructure upgrades, integrations, security initiatives, and data-related efforts. • Drive day-to-day project execution activities, including scope definition, work planning, dependency management, milestone tracking, and issue resolution. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to agreed technical and business objectives. • Support Agile delivery practices where applicable by facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Track sprint progress, manage backlogs in partnership with technical leads or product owners, and ensure impediments are addressed promptly. • Utilize the organization’s project and work management tools to track progress, tasks, and deliverables. • Maintain accurate project timelines, task assignments, and dependencies within approved tools. • Prepare concise, actionable status reports and dashboards to communicate project health, milestones, risks, and next steps to stakeholders. • Engage proactively with business stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Clinical leadership to gather comprehensive functional and operational requirements. • Facilitate cross-functional requirements sessions to ensure business needs are fully understood and accurately translated into technical deliverables. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, documentation reviews, and workflow walk-throughs to ensure a comprehensive view of existing operations. • Partner closely with IT teams—including HRIS, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Clinical apps—to understand technical requirements and execution dependencies. • Serve as the primary point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable project updates.

• Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements and work directly with development resources to ensure project is completed accurately and addresses client business needs. • Drive projects to completion based on value, budget and time restraints • Provide thorough and understandable documentation on all projects and assigned system functions. • Client relationship management – develop strong relationships with external clients, managing requirements, timely deliverables, and training client on best practices for reporting and how to use PowerBI platform for reporting needs. • Clearly communicate status of all items both internally and externally to clients in a consistent manner. • Implement a formal project for management consumption from conception to completion for each client project. • Work closely with other teams for problem resolution and project coordination • Participate in planning and implementing of future Reporting developments. • Review and prepare statements of work as needed • Manage the project budget to assure that project charters are realistic and achievable. • Monitor Reporting SLA’s and ensures that they are met • Translate management recommendations into workable technical solutions • Research and recommend solutions that will allow ABC Reporting to achieve the maximum amount of up time available

• The IT Project Manager oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature • Driving initiative deliveries within Centerwell Pharmacy and Pharmacy benefits management • Assembles and leads project team, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules • Actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks • Familiar with the system scope and project objectives • When managing programs, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects and sets strategies

• Collaborate with Project Directors and Task Leaders to plan, execute, and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including standard templates, workflows, and processes aligned with AIR’s best practices and contractual requirements. • Track project progress using tools such as Jira, updating dashboards and ensuring timely completion of tasks and tickets. • Provide administrative and logistical support for project planning, implementation, and reporting. • Forecast and analyze project data, synthesizing insights into reports and visualizations to inform decision-making. • Monitor project benchmarks and performance indicators, identifying risks and recommending adjustments as needed. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication to ensure alignment and accountability. • Support resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance and meet project goals. • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline project management practices. • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
