Role Description Join our central Marketing Intelligence team and shape pricing and portfolio strategy for iconic global brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Burger King). Your work will directly influence profitability, menu structure and pricing decisions in the organization. - Lead product portfolio analytics and recommend optimizations (introductions, delistings, product mix). - Prepare pricing recommendations using sales data, elasticity, customer behavior and market positioning. - Identify opportunities for new product launches based on consumer insights (quantitative & qualitative). - Drive menu engineering and simplification projects to enhance profitability. - Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable business recommendations for cross‑functional teams. What success looks like: - Your pricing and portfolio recommendations drive measurable revenue and margin growth. - Stakeholders rely on your insights for strategic decision-making. - You develop tools and processes that improve efficiency and decision quality. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in pricing, business analysis, portfolio management or similar roles. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; advanced Excel. - Proven ability to build and present business recommendations. - Experience in FMCG, retail, QSR or other product-driven environments. - Experience in Revenue Growth Management. Requirements - Nice-to-have: Power BI / Tableau / Power Query. - Experience applying consumer research insights.
