• Internal knowledge transfer regarding new products and features of our laboratory software Opus::L • Planning and conducting internal training sessions for colleagues in Service and Support • Creating internal functional and configuration documentation • Supporting the execution of pilot projects • Assisting product managers in designing new products and features, with a particular focus on serviceability • Supporting product managers in the validation and acceptance of new products and features

Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (MTA, MTLA) or a degree in healthcare
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a laboratory environment
  • Strong knowledge of workflows and processes in clinical laboratories
  • Good knowledge of laboratory information systems, ideally Opus::L
  • Experience planning and delivering training
  • Strong service and customer orientation, with a high level of quality awareness
  • Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Good German language skills and strong communication skills
