Job Description

Digital Growth Marketing Lead

Neysa Networks Private Limited - Linkedin

Role Description Your mission is to serve as the chief architect of our marketing team's evolution. You will design, build, and deploy an intelligent operating system of AI-powered tools and automated workflows that amplifies the team's impact by 10x. Success in this role means you will have automated the tactical and eliminated the repetitive, freeing your colleagues to focus on high-value strategic initiatives, deep customer engagement, and creative problem-solving. You are not just supporting the marketing team; you are fundamentally upgrading its capabilities from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build from a clean slate and define what an AI-first marketing function truly looks like at a company that is pioneering the future of AI. What You'll Achieve in This Role - You will build a scalable marketing infrastructure: - Design, build, and maintain our marketing automation engine, leveraging our MarTech stack, APIs, and light scripting (e.g., Python, JS) to connect disparate systems and ensure a seamless flow of data across the entire go-to-market function. - You will pioneer our use of AI in marketing: - Act as the team's AI innovator, proactively identifying, experimenting with, and deploying generative and predictive AI solutions to solve critical challenges in content creation, hyper-personalization, lead scoring, and campaign optimization. - You will re-engineer our core processes: - Conduct a full audit of our marketing workflows, re-engineering them to eliminate manual work, reduce friction, and dramatically accelerate our execution velocity and team agility. - You will instill a culture of experimentation: - Develop and implement a rigorous framework for rapid experimentation and A/B testing across our digital properties, using data to identify optimization opportunities that directly impact conversion rates and pipeline growth. - You will empower the team with data: - Architect and build automated dashboards and self-service reporting systems, providing the team with real-time, actionable insights on demand and eliminating the dependency on manual report generation. - You will lead critical technology projects: - Own complex, technology-centric marketing projects from ideation to deployment, serving as the technical bridge between marketing, sales, product, and engineering. Qualifications - Hands-on proficiency with at least one programming or scripting language (Python or JavaScript strongly preferred) and a solid command of SQL. - Demonstrable experience working with REST APIs to integrate various SaaS platforms. - Deep, hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and a core CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). - Practical experience using a low-code/no-code integration platform (e.g., Zapier, Workato, n8n) to build robust automations. - A proven ability to analyze complex datasets, design and execute controlled experiments (A/B testing), and use quantitative data to drive decisions. - The ability to see the bigger picture and design solutions that are scalable, resilient, and efficient. - 4-5 years of experience leading technical projects in a cross-functional, remote-first environment with mastery of communication, documentation, and stakeholder management. - A genuine interest in modern B2B marketing and a deep curiosity about the customer journey. - A self-starter who is passionate about building things from the ground up and solving complex problems with elegant, efficient solutions. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and act as a strategic partner to non-technical teams. Why This Role is a Unique Opportunity at Neysa - This is not a maintenance role. You will have the autonomy and executive support to build our marketing operating system from the ground up, with a direct line to the CMO. - Your work will be highly visible and will directly enable the marketing and revenue team's shift from tactical execution to strategic contribution, a critical transformation for the company's growth. - You will be immersed in Neysa's AI-native culture, collaborating with internal AI/ML experts and leveraging our own powerful platforms to push the boundaries of what's possible in marketing. - We value your technical and systems-building expertise above a traditional marketing background. This is a role where your engineering mindset is the primary asset, and your potential for impact is limitless.
