Role Description Ravenna is looking for a Founding Product Marketing Lead to own how we bring our product to market. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. You will be responsible for defining how Ravenna is positioned, how we communicate our value, and how we launch and grow our product over time. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and go to market teams to shape our marketing strategy. You will turn product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and ensure that everything we ship is understood and adopted by the market. This is a high ownership role. You will define positioning, lead product launches, support sales, and help build Ravenna’s brand. You will also operate as a builder, writing content, developing messaging, and executing campaigns directly. Ravenna is building an AI native service desk in a category dominated by legacy systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex products into simple, powerful stories and wants to shape how a company defines a new category.
