Role Description The CES Sales Leader, Aerospace, LNG Infrastructure, Data Centers, will serve as a key leader with the OPW CES organization. This position will lead the sales organization for the growth markets and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. Responsibilities include: - Build and drive a comprehensive sales strategy, achieving annual revenue and earnings objectives within applicable sales channels. - Develop and manage key relationships with customers, fostering a customer-centric culture. - Lead the sales force to maximize sales volume and potential across all markets for CES products. - Develop and drive the organization's competitive position in sales, formulating solutions to combat competitive actions. - Provide market intelligence on growth markets within aerospace, LNG, and data centers, focusing on end-user trends and needs. - Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts for planning activities, partnering with supply chain and operations. - Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support company needs. - Support the appraisal of pricing, distribution, and policies, recommending changes to improve team effectiveness. - Develop new business by identifying and promoting target opportunity areas. - Manage the team to support a positive work environment, leading problem-solving activities as necessary. - Understand, track, and improve metrics for forecast, revenue, and margins. - Strategize sales by channels, accounts, and strategic partners. - Attract, develop, retain, and deploy strong talent. - Embrace Sale Force as a CRM to manage pipeline opportunities and sales processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree required. - 10+ years of progressive, successful experience in sales and marketing in an industrial products manufacturing company. - 5 to 10 years of sales management experience in a technical solutions selling field. - Front-line account management experience and performance-driven management experience. - Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, domestically and internationally.
