• Support MER3 vertical leadership in providing high quality, timely, and profitable delivery of the Response and Recovery (R&R) project portfolio • Develop, influence and implement an R&R market strategy • Help grow the R&R response, recovery, logistics, housing, and consulting practice • Travel as needed to support project, client, and team needs (estimated 30-50% of time) • Provide leadership ideas internally and externally

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Planning, Engineering/Architecture, Environmental, Finance or related degree.
  • 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience delivering public and individual assistance projects and programs
  • Deep experience in all facets of R&R related work including but not limited to post-disaster assessments
  • Experience working to deploy solutions to support clients in project and program management
  • Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members
