Job Description

EH&S Regional Manager

Elevated Facility Services

• Conduct facility inspections to identify environmental, health, and safety risks • Develop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures and schedules • Monitor compliance with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations • Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental standards • Create and implement comprehensive health and safety procedures across all business units • Develop and deliver training programs on: Emergency response, Workplace safety, Regulatory compliance • Promote a strong safety culture through education and engagement • Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings • Maintain accurate records of: Hazardous material usage and exposure, Waste discharge and environmental compliance • Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current and readily accessible • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performance • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree - Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS or a related field
  • OSHA certification/training strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
