Utilities Billing Account Analyst

TEOCO

• Set up 500–1,000 new utility billing accounts (BANs) per month within TEOCO’s Bill Trak system • Accurately populate required account data in accordance with established Operations Guides • Validate billed site information associated with each new billing account • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including client contacts and vendors, to complete account setup • Conduct periodic audits of existing BANs to ensure accuracy and completeness of: • Maintain data integrity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks • Review reports and do quality assurance checks on current Billing Accounts to ensure validity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Experience with data entry, auditing, or utility billing is a plus
  • Familiarity with utility billing/account structures
  • Experience working with large datasets or enterprise systems
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
