Role Description We are seeking a Vice President of FMS Operations to join our growing organization build a strong presence in the Self-Directed Care ecosystem. The Vice President of Financial Management Services (FMS) is a senior leader responsible for building, launching, and scaling an FMS operation supporting Self Directed Care. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across payroll, compliance, onboarding, vendor partnerships, and program execution, ensuring alignment with VA, ACL, IRS, and state requirements. This leader will play a critical role in transitioning the organization from startup to sustainable operations, establishing governance, controls, and scalable infrastructure while partnering closely with State entities, ADNAs, VA Medical Centers, and external vendors.
