Group Growth Enablement Coordinator

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key operational and strategic initiatives across the Supplemental & Group division. • Partner with business operations, product, IT, compliance, and sales support teams to ensure process readiness and change adoption. • Design, maintain, and train teams on tools, resources, and documentation that support internal systems, workflows, and go-to-market strategies. • Develop and manage project-specific communication plans, resource hubs, and training logistics. • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by ensuring stakeholders have timely access to updates, structured content, and learning materials. • Contribute to, or lead the creation of, SOPs, playbooks, onboarding materials, and process documentation that improve consistency, adoption, and efficiency. • Monitor process adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement efforts and identify opportunities for improvement. • Support maintenance of digital content and platforms (e.g., website updates, content libraries, internal resources) in alignment with established brand and messaging guidelines. • Enable sustainable growth across the Supplemental & Group business by connecting strategy, marketing, and operations to achieve revenue and engagement goals. • Support partner and channel enablement, ensuring TPAs, agents, and internal teams have the collateral and tools needed for effective go-to-market execution including coordination of digital and platform-related initiatives across teams. • Help coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and partnerships, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and compliance standards. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to optimize systems and streamline workflows for efficiency. • Foster data-informed decision-making through analytics and insights that refine enablement and marketing efforts. • Serve as a connector and communicator between leadership vision and execution teams to enhance organizational agility and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, project coordination, operations, or enablement roles.
- Familiarity with process and operational enablement tools (SOPs, project plans, intake forms, etc.).
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and research methodologies to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable workflows and project plans.
- Strong skills in internal communication, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with progress tracking tools, knowledge hubs, or reporting dashboards.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Stand up a structured test calendar across landing pages, sign-up flow, console onboarding, pricing, and lifecycle programs, and ship a meaningful number of wins per quarter. • Shape how we attract and retain developers as our positioning evolves toward “the AI infrastructure developers trust.” You will have direct say in how that promise lands across channels and audiences. • Be the connective tissue between marketing, product, brand, and design. PLG doesn’t work without a tight feedback loop across these teams, and you will own building it. • Sign-up and conversion. Own the path from first visit to sign-up to first paid usage. Improve conversion across the homepage, key landing pages, pricing page, and sign-up flow. Set targets, instrument the funnel, and ship a continuous stream of improvements. • Activation. Partner with product and design on the in-console onboarding experience. Build lifecycle programs across email, in-product messaging, and community that reduce time-to-first-pod and lift activation rate. Own the activation metric. • PQL generation. Define and refine our PQL model with sales and product. Build the programs, in-product triggers, and lifecycle plays that surface high-intent self-serve users to the sales team at the right moment. Own PQL volume, quality, and conversion to opportunity. • Growth campaigns. Concept, run, and measure cross-functional growth campaigns aimed at acquiring and converting developers. Briefs, creative direction with brand and design, on-site experiences, lifecycle, and post-mortems live with you. • Experimentation. Run a structured test program across landing pages, sign-up flow, pricing pages, and console onboarding. Define hypotheses, run tests, document learnings, and scale wins.
