Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry
- At least one year in a client-facing consulting environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio or similar)
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities in client delivery
- Understanding of adoption and change management approaches
- Strong curiosity for the 'why' behind the 'what'
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% per month when required by clients
