Client Development Manager

Merchants Fleet

• Own and deliver against revenue growth targets and embedded penetration goals across assigned portfolio. • Proactively build, manage, and advance a pipeline of expansion opportunities within existing accounts. • Lead the full sales cycle for upsell and cross-sell opportunities—from identification through proposal, negotiation, and close. • Drive increased adoption of leasing and value-added services, expanding Merchants solutions across all clients. • Maintain full ownership of each client relationship, ensuring 100% retention while protecting and growing revenue streams. • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, delivering insights and solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships. • Drive and sustain full embedded lease and services penetration targets across all accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales, account management, or fleet-related experience
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying or revenue-owning roles
  • Experience working with C-level executives
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

The Workday Grants Manager will support the ongoing delivery of Application Managed Services (AMS) for Workday Grants Management clients. The estimated base salary range for this job is $135,000 - $165,000 (USD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron&rsquo;s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron&rsquo;s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $162,000 - $198,000 (USD).
