Sales Representative

Elm Street

• Respond to inbound leads from webinars, marketing campaigns, events, and referrals. • Deliver engaging product demos and clearly communicate the value of Elm Street’s solutions. • Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process from discovery to close. • Maintain accurate notes and deal tracking in the CRM. • Follow up on unconverted leads through structured outreach and nurturing strategies. • Attend industry trade shows and events as needed to promote Elm Street’s offerings. • Welcome new clients with onboarding calls to ensure a smooth transition. • Support customers with product questions and basic technical setup. • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of the platform or upgrade services. • Act as a knowledgeable and empathetic resource for clients looking to improve their marketing and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (SaaS, property tech or real estate a strong plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re confident, consultative, and persuasive.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline and hit sales goals.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
  • Experience working with real estate agents, brokers, or in a real estate-adjacent industry is helpful but not required.
  • Passion for helping small business professionals succeed.
  • Prior experience selling software, digital marketing tools, or subscription services is preferred.
  • Exposure to WordPress, HTML basics, or web-based tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of DNS settings or web hosting environments is preferred.

Job Title Account Executive, Cards Services About your role: As an Account Executive, Card Services at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in managing digital channels and electronic payments relationships with clients across North America.
