Senior Engagement Director, Data Solutions

• Serve as the primary client liaison and strategic advisor for all Data Solutions accelerator and ARD engagements. • Play a critical Offering/Product SME role when tagging with the broader DS client service team to pitch, scope, and expand the business footprint across accelerators and ARD. • Understand the complex business challenges clients face in the market access, payer, and provider commercial data space, ensuring our solutions are strategically on target. • Manage day-to-day client communication on strategy, planning, and delivery, functioning as an extension of the client’s team. • Tasked and expected with building and sustaining revenue generation target of $1 million dollars annually • Oversee the flawless execution of multiple accelerators and ARD deployments across various engagement models. • Lead delivery from “accelerator core” through “last mile” customization—ensuring repeatability, speed-to-value, and high-quality client-specific adaptation. • Manage and optimize onsite-offshore delivery operations, ensuring tight, friction-free coordination with India-based technical and content teams. • Closely manage project budgets, resource allocation, and team efficiency to maximize return for both the client and Precision AQ. • Actively interpret market dynamics, scientific information, and clinical/preclinical data to ensure ARD outputs meet the highest standards of data integrity and commercial value. • Act as a dedicated “leader-coach” to 2–4 direct reports (North America-based Engagement Managers). • Mentor, train, and coach team members to facilitate their professional growth, taking accountability for development plans, annual reviews, and day-to-day execution. • Foster a collaborative, high-trust environment that encourages resourceful problem-solving and minimizes matrix politics. • Lead by example, balancing a competitive drive for delivery excellence with a spirit of collaboration and integrity and our core principles – Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare consulting, data product delivery, or market access strategy.
  • Hands-on experience in market access, payer, patient, and provider commercial data space required. Experience in Pharma commercialization process required. Market Access domain expertise is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing complex data product deliveries (including accelerators and ready-to-use datasets) through engagement and account level delivery models.
  • Demonstrated experience operating, leading, and driving efficiency within a distributed onsite-offshore organizational model.
  • Exceptional account management and client-facing skills; confident presenting to and advising senior-level stakeholders in a variety of scenarios.
  • Strong background and track record in managing, mentoring, and scaling direct reports to build robust engagement team.

Represents GPS department internally and externally at a global level and functions as an authoritative and professional member of relevant teams.
