Ruby on Rails Engineer
Resilient Co.
• Design and implement features in a Ruby on Rails codebase. • Develop, test, and maintain backend application logic and APIs using Ruby on Rails. • Build and optimize application performance and reliability within the Rails stack. • Collaborate with product owners and engineers to define technical requirements and deliverables. • Review code and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and consistency. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Ruby on Rails applications. • Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational procedures. • Mentor and support junior engineers on Rails best practices and patterns.
Job Requirements
- Senior-level experience working with Ruby on Rails.
- Proven track record delivering production web applications built on Ruby on Rails.
- Strong skills in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested Ruby code.
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and improving Rails application performance.
- Ability to translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams.
- Experience conducting and participating in code reviews and mentoring peers.
- Commitment to writing and maintaining technical documentation.
