• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance • Manage general ledger activity, financial reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and tax compliance • Process deposits, handle invoicing and bill payments efficiently • Perform month-end and year-end financial closing and ensure accurate reporting • Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reports for management review • Coordinate with the Portfolio group for tax schedules and compliance reporting • Ensure accurate tracking and payment of city, state, and federal tax obligations • Track and reconcile customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and manage collections • Process vendor payments and maintain strong vendor relationships
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Great Plains, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and Payment platforms
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Experience handling accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and tax filings
- Ability to manage multiple financial processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Role Description Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Revenue Manager is responsible for defining and enhancing the North America/Canada Credit and Accounts Receivable process along with gross to net analysis and accounting accruals. Is accountable for a team that manages customer portals, fines, deductions, past due invoices, and analyzing root cause.
