Role Description EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a full-time and fully remote Building Information Modeler/Reviewer who will leverage and manage 3D modeling visualization technology efforts for aviation facility design and construction projects. This position requires proficiency in Autodesk software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit, and experience with COBie standards. - Reviewing BIM models and documented drawings. - Developing BIM strategies and automated workflows. - Preparing BIM for design presentations and analysis. - Creating and maintaining as-built and asset management models. - Implementing and enforcing BIM standards. - Reviewing third-party tools and content for project integration. - Leading and conducting model review and clash management sessions with architects, engineers, and contractors. - Developing advanced visualization techniques within the BIM framework to visualize building complexities in an interactive 3D application. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field with documented BIM experience; 10 years of directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. - 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler/Reviewer. - Knowledge of architectural design and the basics of architectural drawing set production and 3D coordination. - Expert knowledge of BIM design and documentation using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. - Proficiency with BIM 360 Suite, Assemble, Synchro, Navisworks, 3D/BIM-enabled 3D visualization, and BIM-enabled asset management tools such as Maximo and COBie. - 3D modeling (Rhino, SketchUp) and rendering (Vray, 3dsMax) abilities. - GIS experience, including ArcGIS the Building Viewer. Requirements - Autodesk Revit User Certification. - Certificate of Management in Building Information Modeling from the Associated General Contractors of America. - Aviation project experience. - Large project coordination experience. Role Description Seeking Registered Nurse for fully remote role to perform complex medical record and claim reviews (Standard or Program Integrity) to make coverage determinations based on applicable Medicare coverage policies and payment rules, coding guidelines, National and Local Coverage Determinations, utilization/practice guidelines, clinical review judgment and when appropriate, monitor for potential indicators of fraud, waste, and abuse. Essential Functions - Perform complex medical record and claims review in accordance with all State and Federal mandated regulations/guidelines. - Accurately enter medical review data into the medical review system. - Apply clinical review judgment, based on clinical experience when applicable and review completeness of documentation to determine if documentation supports claim as billed. - Reasonably determines appropriateness to consult a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clarification. - When performing Program Integrity (PI) reviews, assess investigative allegations and medical review findings, and/or other claims data to determine patterns and detect potential indicators of fraud, waste and abuse (FWA). - Accurately identify additional findings in the review of evidence of potential FWA not detected by the Medical Review Contractor. - Consistently meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards of 98% minimum IRR established by the customer and/or the Company.
