• Work with development team and other department leads to outline scopes of and design new toolsets • Create intelligible plans for how tools will be implemented, including documentation and diagrams as necessary, to aid in team collaboration • Refine plans to meet team requirements and implement them into functional, structured, and efficient applications • Identify inefficiencies and counterintuitive elements of current toolsets and offer practical solutions • Implement redesigns of existing toolsets to improve performance, compatibility, stability, and/or implement additional features • Complete and review documentation for projects or any operational effort • Provide system performance monitoring and troubleshooting • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned • Other activities as assigned

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security throughout. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyse legacy systems, define data mapping and transformation logic, and develop robust ETL pipelines. • Act as a senior member of an Agile/Scrum team, partnering with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA professionals to ensure seamless project delivery. • Write, review, and optimise C# and SQL Server-based migration scripts and WinForms utilities. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. • Research and implement emerging tools, practices, and automation techniques to enhance migration scalability and maintainability.

• Work closely with the client and the team to build and maintain web applications for the parenting and childcare sector. • Manage and enhance three websites built on Wagtail with React & Next.js frontends. • Handle new feature development, ongoing maintenance, and bug fixes to ensure maximum platform stability. • Develop and optimize services tailored for the marketing department. • Ensure seamless communication with the client's CRM through a dedicated Django-based wrapper.
