Role Description We’re looking for a results-driven Freelance Performance Marketer to own and optimize our paid acquisition across social media and Google Ads. This role is not just about running ads—you’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth, improving efficiency, and helping us scale what works. Campaign Strategy & Execution - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across: - Meta (Facebook / Instagram) - Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Translate business goals into clear media strategies (CAC, ROAS, conversions) Performance Optimization - Continuously optimize campaigns (targeting, creatives, bidding, funnels) - Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages - Identify scaling opportunities and budget allocation strategies Analytics & Reporting - Track and analyze performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) - Provide weekly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations - Set up and maintain tracking (Pixel, GA4, conversion events) Funnel & Growth Thinking - Work with internal team to improve landing pages and conversion flows - Identify drop-off points and propose improvements - Contribute to growth experiments beyond ads (retargeting, segmentation, etc.) Qualifications - 2–5+ years in performance marketing (agency or in-house) - Proven track record managing Meta Ads + Google Ads - Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with data, not just creatives) - Experience scaling campaigns with real budgets (not just small tests) - Ability to work independently and take ownership Requirements - Experience in health tech, wellness, or subscription products (Nice-to-Have) - Familiarity with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, etc. (Nice-to-Have) - Basic understanding of landing page CRO (Nice-to-Have) Benefits - Expected monthly rate or project-based pricing How to Apply - Please share: - Brief background + relevant experience - Case studies or examples of campaigns you’ve managed (with metrics) - Your approach to improving a struggling campaign - Expected monthly rate or project-based pricing
